Here at Three Nails Apparel, we believe the customer should be 100% satisfied with their purchase.
If you are not 100% happy with your order, we are here to help.
Please follow these guidelines.
1. All returns must be made within ten days of receiving your order.
2.All T-shirts must be unwashed and unworn.
3. With the Exception of multiple items in one order, a return shipping label and extra poly mailer will be provided along with your original order.
4. All Return shipping as well as any card processing fees will be deducted from your total refund.
5. To place a return, please email us the reason for your return along with your name and the order number on your receipt to firstname.lastname@example.org
6. If the T-shirt you received is damaged upon delivery, please provide a picture of the damaged shirt as well.
7. There will be a restock fee on any damaged, washed, or worn shirt returned to us and said fee is at the sole discretion of the vendor.
8. Please place the shirt and a copy of the receipt in the extra poly mailer provided. Once we receive and examine the shirt, a full refund (minus all processing and return shipping fees, as well as any restock fee) will be placed back on your card.
9. All returns are the sole responsibility of the customer and Three Nails Apparel is not responsible or obligated to refund any returns lost in the mail during transit.
